A soft vanilla cake layered with tangy lemon curd and a mixed berry compote, complemented by smooth vanilla buttercream. The cake is finished with a raspberry ombré design, delicate rosettes, and a garnish of dried berries and raspberry compote.
Available as a 9" circular cake to feed 12- 15, and also in larger rectangular slabs that will feed 25-30 for those larger gatherings.
