This is a delicate sponge cake that has a passionfruit cream in between the two sponge layers. Additionally topped with a curd to leave a tangy passionfruit aftertaste.
Available as a 9" circular cake to feed 10-12, and also in larger rectangular slabs that will feed 25-30 for those larger gatherings.
