Layers of gooey caramel and vanilla chiffon cake smothered with Italian meringue and salted caramel.
Available as a 2 layer or 4 layer 9" circular cake to feed 10-12, the 2 layer is approx. 7cm in height and the 4 layer is approx. 13cm in height. Also in larger rectangular slabs that will feed 25-30 for those larger gatherings. The slab is approx. 38 x 28 x 6cm.
The slab picture is of Berry Layer Slab, but is a great indication of slab size and what they look like.
